At Flippedcart.com, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes unexpected situations may arise, such as receiving a damaged product during delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request our customers to make an unboxing video as they receive their order. This video serves as valuable evidence if any damage has occurred during transit. By reviewing the video, we can promptly assist you in returning the product and resolving the issue. For any inquiries or assistance, please feel free to reach out to us through mail. We are here to help and ensure your shopping experience remains stress-free and enjoyable. Once the product is returned to us and post-inspection if the product is in the same condition, amount will be refunded within 5 business days.

In case of unavailability of the unboxing video, company won't be responsible for return. Moreover, since the company ships product from the third-party courier service, delivery and return shipping charges should be paid by the customer only. This is amount going to the third-party and co-operation with the them is appreciated.

3. Consumable Products: In accordance with hygiene and safety standards, we do not offer refunds on consumable products, especially those related to skincare or food items.
